Headache is one of the most popular sellers – Eucalyptus & Peppermint start soothing immediately. It can also work for nausea, although I do have a separate blend just for that.
Nausea, with Ginger & Spearmint – pregnant women go crazy for this one!
ALERT! This is my latest blend. Keep those kiddos focused while they do their homework!

I would choose my favorite 3 - nausea, headache & centering as those never er leave my purse & I go nowhere without them. They are often what I choose instead of my meds because they work and have no side effects!

Difficult to narrow down as to which three but my first has to be Grapefruit and Ylang Ylang as anything that can rid me off the Blahs just has to be worth trying. ReplyDeleteWhen I saw the word headache. It made me stop. Oh I can really use that right now. For the last few days I have had this really bad headache and it is always there. The only time it is not there is when I mask the pain with A lot (overdose) of pain killers of different kinds. Then later I know when its coming. I can feel it creeping up to me saying "I am coming.. I am coming.. and you can't stop me.. muhahah I am still here.. you might have hid me for a little bit with those pills.. but I am coming" My headache is so mean..

That's a tough choice- I like the confidence, Relax and Grounding. Although the nausea would be wonderful too. So many of your blends could serve much more than one purpose-don't you just love essential oils.
