Once I send in my case studies (I need 9 more, so let’s hear some volunteers!), I will be a Certified Aromatherapist, educated by the Joyessence School of Aromatherapy. Joy Watson is a fantastic teacher, by the way. She has so much experience and is very patient and personable. She offers a correspondence course in Aromatherapy (learning all about essential oils, plus human anatomy, physiology and pathology), and a 5-day, in-person course on aroma-massage bodywork.
Next up?
Taking the CFA exam, which will give me the federally recognized title of Certified Aromatherapy Health Professional (CAHP).
